AfroRootFoods UK offers both Standard Delivery and Next Working Day Delivery options.

Next Working Day Delivery: from £9.99
Delivery prices increase based on the total weight of your order.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed by 12:00 noon, Monday to Thursday, are dispatched accordingly.
Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: arrives within 2–5 working days
Next Working Day Delivery: arrives the next working day after dispatch
Pick-Up (By Arrangement Only)
AfroRootFoods UK currently operates as an online-only store. However, customers in or around Manchester may request a pick-up option.

Refunds & Returns Policy
At AfroRootFoods UK, we aim to provide an excellent shopping experience for all our customers.
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. Refunds or credits are only available for items that are damaged or missing on delivery.
Reporting Timeframes
Non-perishable items: Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery
Perishable items: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
After these timeframes, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Refund Process
Photographic evidence may be requested where appropriate
Approved refunds will be issued as a refund or store credit for the affected item(s) only
Returns
If you choose to return an item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Return shipping costs are non-refundable
